Four perspectives on safety

Clinical work, operations, technical transition and automation.

Illustrative workflow / based on the work

Make the transition usable for the team.

Supported migration readiness and workflow validation, trained and quality-reviewed 30 colleagues, and helped stabilize intake workflows. This transition work sat alongside functional leadership of the six-person triage team.

Reusable file preparation kept clinical case judgment with the reviewer. This illustration contains no patient records.

How systems issues became testable

Queue or intake issue → investigation → IT/client coordination → UAT → retest. The work connected processing teams with technical change through collaboration and testable requirements.

01 /

Clinical and operational responsibility

Work included ICSR validity and duplicate review, medical coding, narratives, follow-up, quality review and reconciliation. Intake prioritization and team coordination kept urgent work visible.

02 /

Technical transition and issue investigation

Supported Oracle Argus-to-LSMV transition activities, UAT, mapping and reconciliation. Investigated email-intake, E2B, queue and routing issues with business and technical stakeholders.

03 /

Automation at the right boundary

Excel/VBA tools addressed repeatable preparation and line-listing splitting. Their purpose was to reduce repeated manual steps while preserving review of case meaning and source consistency.

The clinical meaning comes first.
