OfficeMate → Barti

Data quality, migration readiness and the clinical handoff.

Illustrative workflow / based on the work

Prepare the data. Preserve its meaning.

Inventory preparation ran alongside workflow and vendor coordination. Each handoff needed a clear source, a defined transformation and a reviewable result.

Explore the stages to trace the handoff.

What the data diagram leaves out

Appointment intake, eligibility requirements and ICD-10/CPT workflows also needed comparison and practical configuration discussions. These were parallel workstreams; a data import alone did not resolve every clinical-workflow difference.

Find and reconcile the data

During January–May 2026 at Village Eye Care, the work centered on OfficeMate inventory and operational records. SQL Server and Advanced Excel supported source analysis, cleaning, identifier reconciliation, field mapping and exception review.

Follow the system handoff

The July–August 2026 Clinical Information Systems Analyst role focused on clinical-system workflows, connected devices, workstation/network troubleshooting and implementation support.

03 /

Evidence and outcome

Prepared source mappings, reconciled inventory attributes, documented exceptions and coordinated migration requirements with clinical, vendor and IT teams.

ILLUSTRATED WORKFLOW / SELECT A STEP

Understand the source inventory structure before mapping it to the new EHR.

A simplified process illustration. No operational records are displayed.
